Accounts for roofers, builders and landlords in Leeds. Off the rack at the counter, or on the hiab to your site within thirty miles of the yard.
We are a roofing firm with a yard rather than a shed with a sales floor, which means the counter is staffed by people who have laid the thing you are asking about. Bring the take off and we will check it before it goes on the lorry.
Cash account
Nothing to open, nothing to sign. Pay at the counter and the discount applies to the order in front of you.

- Free delivery inside eight miles of the yard
- Uncut stock back within 30 days with the receipt
Credit account
Two trade references and a bank reference, then pay on terms rather than on the day.

- Statements by email, one invoice per site if you want it
- Named price list held for the length of a contract
- Late payment charged under the 1998 Act, and we will always ring first
- Collection
- Pull in off Norfolk Grn and the forklift meets you. Pallets strapped, loose slate crated, and a hand with the lead if you are on your own.
- Delivery, 0 to 8 miles
- Free on orders over £500, next working day where the order is in before we load the van.
- Delivery, 8 to 20 miles
- £38 flat, or free over £1,500. Covers most of Leeds, Pudsey, Morley, Rothwell and Otley.
- Delivery, 20 to 30 miles
- £64 flat, or free over £2,500. Wakefield, Bradford, Harrogate and the villages between them.
- Hiab offload
- Included where the arm can reach. Scaffold lifts up to 4.5 metres, drives, verges and, with a banksman, the pavement outside a terrace.
- Cut lead
- Code 3 to code 6 cut to width on the bench while you wait, at no charge on a full roll.
